Harbour View is a great place to relax – in your room, in the lounge, in the garden, by the pool, or at the breakfast table, all with fabulous views across the Harbour to Mount Paku. And it's the perfect location for exploring. The world-famous Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove are just 30 minutes away; Whitianga and Thames are a 40-minute drive and Coromandel Town just 75 minutes. Tairua has much to offer too - we are five minutes' walk from the town's restaurants and shops and the magnificent harbour shoreline, with a great Pacific beach close by too. To top it all there is Mount Paku itself; the views from the summit (short drive/walk or a two hour return walk from the B&B) are breathtaking. Chris and Jane will be around to look after you, chat and help you with suggestions for local trips – or tips for places to see across all of New Zealand.
