Koitiareke Boutique Accommodation offers luxurious, peaceful accommodation in the heart of the Wakatipu basin,. Choose from two luxurious suites, offering quality accommodation, a lovely outlook, and spa and swimming pool.
Being only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Queenstown, 10 mins from Arrowtown or Gibbston Valley, as well as close to both Coronet and Remarkables ski fields and the airport/shopping centres, Koitareke is centrally positioned to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer.
We have two suites; a self contained studio (The Tata Studio) adjoined to the main house and a one-bedroom suite a with seperate lounge (The Glendhu Suite) which sits on the lower level of the house. Both have seperate entrances for your privacy, and onsite parking. A car is preferable.
Opening out onto a guest garden with views of the Remarkables Mountains, a BBQ, hot spa and access to the swimming pool (summer only) it's a perfect place to relax and refresh. Luxuriously decorated with quality linen for your comfort, Sky and Netflix TV, Free Wifi, and breakfast ingredients provided in your fridge to make at your leisure, every detail is attended to.

The Tata Studio is spacious, modern, and well appointed, opening out onto a shared guest garden area with BBQ, hot spa and swimming pool (summer only).
Offering a Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave oven, mini oven, fridge and dishwasher), Sky TV, Netflix and WiFi. A walk in shower in the bathroom and luxurious linen and bedding completes the package. The view from your room is of the Remarkable mountain range.
We provide home made muesli, fruit and yoghurt in your room for you to make your breakfast during your stay.

This newly renovated, luxurious and peaceful suite, within our house, has its own seperate area comprising a Queen bedroom with ensuite and a seperate lounge, with tea making facilities. The room opens out onto a private sunny shared guest garden/BBQ/spa area and wonderful views of the Remarkables mountains. The suite has a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, a bar fridge and microwave. We will stock it with home made muesli, fruits and yoghurt to make your own continental breakfast. Perfect for short stays. Private entrance.
