PACIFIC VIEW is a small boutique B&B offering quality accommodation. It is in a spectacular location on the Coromandel Peninsula and offers stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, offshore islands and overlooking the town of Whangamata.
Within this lovely contemporary home guests have a choice of two rooms accessed by an elevator. The Pacific King ensuite room is on the top floor and has its own wrap-around balcony with fabulous views and king size bed. Located at ground level, the Coromandel room has a queen size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. As you sit in the comfy bucket chairs in front of the stacker/sliding windows, you can enjoy the views out to sea. There is also a third smaller room, the Pacific Queen Room, located on the middle level, just off the lounge. This room is not usually available for booking however if you are travelling with another person (a teenager or additional adult), please contact us for availability and rates. It is a small, compact room (priced accordingly), light and bright and sunny in the mornings, with a small side view of the ocean. A private bathroom is located just outside the room.
Breakfasts are a celebration at Pacific View and are included in the tariff. Options change every day but you could expect to see on the menu: delicious fresh fruit, Kathryn's own homemade Macadamia muesli, Bacon and free range eggs, Eggs Benedict, Flapjacks, Waffles, Scrambled eggs - the choice is yours.
In-room facilities include lots of special little extras such as garden fresh flowers, home baking, fresh coffee, a selection of teas, bottled water and other complimentary soft drinks as well as a carafe of complimentary port.
WIFI is also complimentary throughout the property.

The Pacific King Room is the premier room on the third floor (top level) of the house with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and own wrap around balcony – with outside table and chairs so that you can sit outside with a glass of wine and soak up the wonderful views.

Coromandel Room

This room is located just inside the front door on the ground level and provides some independent from the rest of the house. The dining room (where breakfast is served) and main house lounge and balconies (available for drinks) are one level up the stairs.
There is a spacious open wardrobe area located at the rear of the room with tea and coffee making facilities, and plenty of shelves and hanging space for clothes and luggage storage. The lovely view over the town and out to sea can be taken in from the queen size bed or from the comfortable bucket chairs in front of the coffee table, in front of the sliding stacking full width windows.

Pacific Queen Room

Located in the middle level of the house (just off the lounge) this is a smaller room more suitable for a short stay or for a lone traveller. Space around the bed is limited for large bags however there are two cupboards with plenty of space for baggage storage and clothes etc. There is a small side view out to the ocean and the room basks in morning sunshine. There is a queen size bed and a private bathroom just outside the room.
