Redvale Ridge Bed & Breakfast Tasman

Our beautiful contemporary, country home with stunning estuary, sea and mountain views is situated in the award winning GALEO Estate halfway between Nelson and Motueka in the sunny Tasman region. We are 10 mins from the thriving town of Richmond and 8 mins from the beautiful coastal village of Mapua. Within 10 mins in any direction you will find cafes/restaurants, wineries, craft breweries, artists and food producers. Our home has many eco features and was built to sit aesthetically within its environment.

The two purpose built B&B rooms, one King and one Queen are large and luxurious and have: Comfortable beds with quality bedding, soft carpet made from recycled plastic bottles, table and chairs both inside and out, tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge with water and milk provided, wardrobe, luggage racks, 32" Samsung television, DVD/CD/USB player, clock radio, bedside lamps, original art, outdoor access to patio. Each beautiful ensuite has a walk in shower, Beech vanity, heated towel rail, quality towels, hand soap, body wash, tissues and hairdryer. We provide freshly ground coffee and fresh baking daily. We also offer an optional tasting platter on day of arrival; this must be pre-ordered.

Our breakfasts are healthy and delicious and we have a number of options; both continental and cooked. We like to discuss with guests what it is they would like.

Our garden is a developing one with many native plants and there is an abundance of birdlife. There are a number of lovely outside seating areas where it is great to relax and take in the views. Relax in the outdoor Spa at night and look up at the starry sky or toast marshmallows on the outdoor fireplace.

Guests have their own parking area and access to their rooms at all times. Smoking is only permitted in a designated outdoor area.
