Rive Gauche B&B Lodge Taupo

Offering stylish architect-designed accommodation with European flair, Rive Gauche B&B Lodge is set on one hectare of landscaped grounds with its own Pinot Gris vineyard overlooking the left bank of the Waikato River midway between Huka Falls and Taupo. We are only a 30 minute walk away from the Huka Falls, New Zealand's most visited natural attraction, with the activities of the Wairakei Tourist Park on the doorstep. Your accommodation includes B&B and S/C studio options in 3 rooms: Queen, King (studio), and King + King single (double/twin/triple) configurations. All 3 rooms have quality bedding, tiled en suite bathrooms with heated floors and towel rails, toiletries and hair dryers. Rooms have a separate guest entrance and use of a kitchenette with fridge, crockery and tea & coffee making facilities. Parking is off-street and secure storage is available for bikes.

Relax in our main lounge or in our garden courtyard, and join us for a welcome drink or a pre-dinner drink in our main lounge. This room features a large stone fireplace and has Sky TV. Our guests are invited to sample a glass of our own Rive Gauche Pinot Gris which is also available for guests to purchase.
Your breakfast of choice will be served in our main dining room. We use fresh seasonal produce whenever possible. Studio options include continental provisions and room-only options for a lesser tariff.

Taupo offers a variety of dining options within a 2-3 km radius. We are happy to make a booking for you and to make suggestions for activities during your stay. We can also give you advice on your NZ itinerary. We have travelled extensively both in NZ and overseas and can advise you on what to see and do. Nous parlons français.
