Experience a home away from home at Villa Te Soro, a lovely replica Tuscan Villa located in Pukekohe, Auckland. Villa Te Soro, which means treasure house in Italian, offers elegant Bed and Breakfast accommodation just 35 minutes from Auckland International Airport, 45 minutes from Auckland’s CBD and 60 minutes from Hamilton.

With three beautifully appointed guest rooms, Villa Te Soro is the perfect place to escape with friends, family or simply by yourself. Stepping through the front doors is liking stepping into a little part of Italy, where you can enjoy al fresco dining in the garden, relax in one of the cosy lounges or sitting rooms, and wake up to a delicious gourmet cooked breakfast. Pukekohe town is just a short stroll away, or you can head further afield to visit one of the many local tourist attractions during your stay.

  • CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES – Check in is between 2.00pm and 6.00pm. Check out is at 10.00am unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • WIFI – There is free WIFI available during your stay at Villa Te Soro and login details are available in the room compendium.
  • SPA – We now have a lovely 3 person spa available for our guests to use.
  • BREAKFAST – Enjoy a delicious cooked or continental breakfast during your stay. Guests can order their breakfast choices the night before and breakfast is served the following morning between 7.30am and 9.00am in the dining room. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
  • DINNER – Helen can recommend many of her favourite local restaurants if you are looking for dining options. Or we can provide a chefs choice grazing platter for two for $50. And a bottle of wine for $30. And we are happy to pick up your takeaway order for you, so you can sit and relax.
  • CAR PARKING – Off street parking is available.
  • LAUNDRY FACILITIES – A washing machine and dryer are available for guests to use during their stay.
  • CHILDREN – There is a porta cot available on request for babies and small children.

If you are staying as a group, the Dragonfly room and Chameleon room can accommodate you perfectly to enjoy your stay together.
